Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the operations across our warehouses and stores and branches. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating inventory flow, supervising warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with solid experience in SAP-based warehouse processes.
Mandatory Requirement: The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and leading sizable teams.

Duty Time: 08:30 AM to 01:30 PM & 04:00 PM to 08:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of central warehouses, ensuring smooth coordination with stores and branches.
- Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring effective scheduling, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
- Oversee inventory management using SAP WM/Microsoft Dynamics, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and cycle counts.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to branches.
- Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to optimize stock movement across all locations.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all warehouse operations.
- Provide training and support to team members on SAP and warehouse protocols.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in audits, vendor coordination, and process documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Experience working in a multi-location warehouse or retail environment.
- Forklift certification or material handling equipment knowledge is a plus.
Skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel-Vlookup, Pivot Table, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP WM, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP/WMS platforms (preferred).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Multilingual proficiency: English, Hindi, and Malayalam (preferred).
Requirements
- Ability to travel between warehouses, branches, or stores as needed.
- Comfortable working in warehouse environments, including coordination with multiple departments.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to support warehouse operations during peak periods or audits.
