Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Assistant / Receptionist to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle administrative, clerical, and facility-related tasks while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Transportation Project Delivery team with essential administrative tasks.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, visitors, and logistics in collaboration with the Admin/HR team.
- Liaise with housekeeping staff and external vendors for day-to-day operational needs.
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with procurement when required.
- Perform basic documentation, filing, photocopying, and scanning duties.
- Ensure all office equipment (e.g., printers, AC, etc.) are in good working condition and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support during internal events and office activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Prior experience in corporate office operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED37.00 per day
