Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor and control the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel.
Report and record any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
Ensure all security and safety systems, such as CCTV and alarms, are functioning properly.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports as required.
Support in enforcing company rules, policies, and safety procedures.
Assist employees and visitors with directions and ensure compliance with site access protocols.
Check and secure all doors, windows, and gates during and after working hours.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall site safety.
