We are seeking a professional and experienced Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team at a prestigious establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, manage waitstaff operations efficiently, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the waitstaff team to maintain high service standards.- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.- Assist in training and mentoring new waiters to uphold service quality.- Oversee seating arrangements and manage reservations to maximize dining area efficiency.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dining area.- Monitor inventory of service supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or senior waiter in a high-end hospitality environment.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
