Essential Duties and Responsibilities :•Handle day-to-day HR administrative functions.•Support the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and ensure all pre-employment screening processes and background checks and onboarding formalities are completed. •Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and coordination of employee benefits in line with labour laws.•Create, update and maintain SOPs and employee handbooks, •Implement and uphold HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across the organisation.•Serve as a professional and confidential point of contact between management and employees on HR-related matters.•Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.•Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation with precision and professionalism.•Support general office administration including travel coordination, visa renewals, and logistical arrangements whenever needed. •Maintain and update employee records, including data entry and file management. •Assist in conducting new employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process. •Maintain confidential personnel files and handle personnel actions, including preparing recruitment lists and job postings. •Assist with employee-related projects, training initiatives, and benefits administration. •Generate reports and documents to provide updated personnel information. •Respond to inquiries and provide professional assistance.•Organize regular staff meetings and social events •Maintain proper file and document management
Qualifications and Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field•A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR (UAE experience is an advantage)•High level of written and spoken English. •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations and business correspondence. •Skilled in writing professional reports and procedural documents. •Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from managers, clients, and the general public.•Highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.•Confident, polite, and professional in demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.•Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.•A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a multicultural team.•Strong organizational and time management skills. •High attention to detail and accuracy.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator for a rapidly expanding international group involved in construction, real estate, and luxury hospitality.
