- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in the hospitality industry.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.- Knowledge of health and safety standards in the hospitality sector.- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
