The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and creating a positive first impression that enhances the overall guest experience.Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a friendly and inviting atmosphere.- Manage reservation systems efficiently to maximize seating and ensure smooth guest flow.- Escort guests to their tables and present menus or relevant information.- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring high satisfaction.- Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure timeliness and quality of service.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.- Assist with the management of waitlists during peak hours while communicating estimated waiting times.- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Professional appearance and demeanor, with attention to personal grooming.- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
