Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist guests: Help with guest requests and provide information.
- Report issues: Inform owners of any maintenance, damage, or safety concerns.
- Security & Monitoring: You must track all individuals entering and leaving the villa. Immediately inform the owners of any suspicious activity. In any case that any houseworkers are doing any usual work inside the house, you must report it tight away to owners.
- Run errands: If the housemaid informs you that household stocks are running out, you must immediately inform the owners so they can ask you to visit grocery or supermarkets to purchase replacements.
- General Cleaning: You must ensure the cleanliness of the villa surroundings, including the garden, parking area, outside kitchen, etc. Report any issues to the owners immediately.
- Handle lost and found: You must inform owners if there's any materials or belongings missing inside or even outside the villa, especially if it's owned by the owners.
