Key Responsibilities
 - Create compelling written and visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) and agency website, including property descriptions, blog posts, articles, virtual tours, and reels.
 
 - Plan, manage, and execute the agency’s social media content calendar, scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
 
 - Develop and edit high-quality video content showcasing listings and team activities, with hands-on videography and post-production.
 
 - Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and SEO optimization for organic growth.
 
 - Stay current with real estate trends, digital marketing strategies, and new AI content creation tools to maximize impact and efficiency.
 
 - Track performance metrics and analyze data to improve future content strategies.
 
 - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with branding and campaign goals.
 
Required Skills & Experience
 - 2+ years professional experience as a content creator, videographer, editor, or similar role; real estate experience preferred.
 
 - Expertise in managing multiple social media handles and digital platforms.
 
 - Advanced proficiency in video editing software, photography, and content management systems.
 
 - Familiarity with the latest AI content creation tools, techniques, and trends.
 
 - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 
 - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
 
Additional Qualifications
 - Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
 
 - Good understanding of real estate market and property marketing in the UAE is a plus.
