Assists in all functions of HR department as requiredPrepare and manage annual HR staff costs Prepare relevant reports for management in terms of staff costs including salaries and other benefitsConduct detailed analysis of employee costs, including recruitment cost per hire, training cost per employee and turnover rates to identify trends, patterns and areas for optimisationUtilise HR analytics and metrics to provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations for managing staff related costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HRProven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role with a focus on analysis and reportingGood with Excel and other relevant programs Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
