Motei & Associates, a leading boutique law firm in Dubai with over two decades of experience, is expanding its Corporate Services Department and is looking for a Company Formation & Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will handle company formation, corporate structuring, and licensing across UAE mainland, free zones and offshores, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company formation processes across Mainland (DED), Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions (e.g. RAK ICC, JAFZA, ADGM, DIFC).
- Assist in corporate structuring, share transfers, amendments, and liquidation.
- Prepare and review corporate documents: MOA, resolutions, share certificates, service agent agreements, POAs, etc.
- Handle PRO services including visas, immigration, labour, and licensing.
- Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities (DED and Free Zone authorities).
- Advise clients on UAE compliance requirements (UBO, AML).
- Maintain accurate client records and track service progress.
- Contribute to business development by retaining and upselling clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or business.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ UAE experience in company formation and business setup services, preferably in a Law Firm or reputable Corporate Services Provider Company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Company Law and Free Zone Regulations.
- Experience with DED and Free Zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho is a plus.
