With a full in-house marketing team, outbound calling support, and industry-leading performers as your mentors, this is an opportunity built for closers who want to maximise earnings and build a long-term career in Dubai real estate.
The Opportunity
This is not a cold desk. You’ll step straight into:
- A warm desk with daily qualified buyer leads
- An in-house outbound sales team (5 agents) targeting European & local clients
- A dedicated marketing department running personalised outreach campaigns
- Cold-calling support for top performers to secure listings & close urgent buyers

Who We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in Dubai off-plan property sales
- Proven record of converting leads into closed deals
- Fluent English (French, German, or Italian are strong advantages)
- Ambitious, professional, and motivated to earn a six-figure income
- Thrives in a fast-paced, lead-rich environment
