Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Content Creator with proven experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that highlights our projects, agents, and brand identity across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for property listings, social media, and promotional campaigns.
· Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for marketing and branding.
· Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop creative ideas and storytelling concepts.
· Manage video shoots on-site, including lighting, audio, and framing.
· Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate creative techniques to boost engagement.
· Maintain an organized archive of video and photo assets.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in videography and content creation, preferably in the real estate industry.
· Strong creative eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition.
· Experience in drone videography is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
