We are urgently seeking vigilant and reliable Watchmen to join our company. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our company's premises, assets, and personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises (inside and outside) to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized entry.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
- Act as a visible deterrent to crime and rule infringement.
- Report any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations.
- Control and monitor surveillance equipment when required.
- Maintain a detailed daily activity log and prepare written reports on daily activities and any incidents observed.
- Respond to alarms and react appropriately in a calm manner.
Requirements & Skills:
MUST be available in Dubai and able to join immediately.
- Previous experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or in a similar role is preferred.
- A valid SIRA certificate is a MAJOR advantage.
- Good physical condition and alertness.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work in shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays.
- Good observational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic understanding of English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
