Job Summary:
The Helper will assist carpenters, technicians, and site supervisors in daily activities related to joinery and interior fit-out works. The role involves supporting material handling, maintaining work areas, assisting in installation, and ensuring smooth workflow at the site or workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters and skilled workers in cutting, assembling, and installing furniture and joinery works.
Handle and move materials, tools, and finished products to designated areas safely.
Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools at workshop and project sites.
Support in fixing, polishing, painting, and finishing works as instructed.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop and site areas.
Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment, reporting any damage or issues immediately.
Follow company safety rules and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Assist during delivery, loading, and installation of furniture and fit-out items.
Perform other general duties as required to support the team in ongoing projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of joinery and interior fit-out work (training will be provided if required).
Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience:
Prior experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry will be an advantage.
Work Conditions:
Workshop and on-site environment.
May require overtime or extended hours as per project requirements.
Must follow all health, safety, and company policies at all times.
Salary 1200AED +OT
