Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable driver and experienced male deep cleaner with a focus on upholstery cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various spaces, including homes, offices, and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in deep cleaning techniques and the ability to handle cleaning equipment effectively. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various surfaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions to ensure surfaces are cleaned effectively
- Clean upholstery, carpets, and draperies using specialized tools and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Communicate with clients regarding their cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards and meet client expectations
- Manage time effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and solutions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred
