We’re hiring an experienced Cost Controller to oversee and optimize cost management for our F&B central kitchen operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily kitchen and café cost reports.
- Track and analyze food, packaging, and ingredient consumption.
- Ensure recipe costing accuracy and variance control.
- Verify supplier invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
- Run inventory counts, waste tracking, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with accounting and production teams for monthly cost reviews.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of cost control experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and recipe costing systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel / Zoho books
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
