Carpenter (Site – Interior Fit-Out)

Reports to: Site Supervisor / Project Engineer
Role Summary
Execute high-quality carpentry works on fit-out projects (doors, skirtings, partitions, TV units, panelling), delivering perfect finishes and on-time progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Read drawings/BOQ; take accurate site measurements and set-out.
- Install doors/frames, ironmongery, skirtings, architraves, acoustic and fire-rated partitions.
- Build and fix decorative wall cladding, feature ceilings, TV units, shelving, counters.
- Coordinate services cut-outs with MEP and ensure access panels per RCP.
- Carry out snag rectification, touch-ups, and final protection of finished areas.
- Maintain daily progress logs; care for tools and site housekeeping.
- Follow HSE rules (PPE, ladders/scaffolds, power-tool safety, dust extraction).
Requirements
- 3–5 years site carpentry experience in UAE/GCC fit-out.
- Skilled with plywood/MDF/veneers/laminates; confident with mitres & fine detailing.
- Power tools proficiency (circular saw, jigsaw, router, nailer) and safe use.
- Can read simple drawings in English; basic arithmetic/leveling skills.
- Advantage: experience with fire-rated assemblies and acoustic details; UAE driving license.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
