1. About SwishrHire

SwishrHire is a professional recruitment and talent-sourcing platform providing:

• Contingent recruitment (success-fee hiring)

• Priority / retained search

• Bulk hiring

• Subscription talent services

• Job posting and talent database access

We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or candidate availability.

2. Use of Our Website

Users agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only

• Not attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system

• Not scrape or copy candidate or client data

• Not impersonate any individual or company

Violation may lead to suspension and legal action.

3. Recruitment Services

3.1 For Employers

By engaging SwishrHire, you agree that:

• Fees apply only when a candidate accepts an offer (unless using a retainer/subscription).

• All invoices must be settled within 14 days of issue.

• Replacement guarantees apply only if invoices are paid on time and the employee leaves within the guarantee period.

• You will not bypass SwishrHire by hiring a presented candidate directly or through another channel within 12 months of introduction.

3.2 For Candidates

• There is no charge for candidates using SwishrHire.

• Candidates consent to SwishrHire sharing their CV and profile with relevant employers.

• Providing false information may result in removal from our database.

4. Replacement Guarantee

Guarantees depend on the hiring model selected:

• Success Fee: 60-day free replacement

• Bulk Hiring: 30-day replacement

• Subscription Hiring: Up to 2 replacements/month

Guarantees do not apply if:

• The company delays payments

• Job scope is changed significantly

• The candidate leaves due to management issues, work conditions, or layoffs

5. Payment Terms

• Invoice is issued once a candidate accepts the offer in writing.

• Payment is due within 14 days.

• Late payments void all guarantees.

• No refunds once the candidate has joined the company.

6. Data Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
By using SwishrHire, you consent to:

• Storing your information

• Contacting you regarding relevant roles/services

• Sharing necessary data with clients for recruitment purposes

We do not sell user data.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, graphics, and materials on this site are the property of SwishrHire and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwishrHire is not liable for:

• Hiring outcomes beyond our control

• Business decisions made by employers

• Candidate conduct or performance

• Losses arising from delays, system outages, or third-party integrations

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

SwishrHire may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected

• Misuse of candidate/company information occurs

Employers remain liable for all outstanding fees at the time of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the jurisdiction of the relevant free zone where the company is registered.

We may update these Terms periodically.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
