•Open to Filipino nationals from 35 years old and below, with at least 2 years of customer service experience—preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.•Skilled in handling and resolving customer inquiries related to shipment status, delays, and logistics documentation.•Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including shipping procedures, customs requirements, and freight tracking.•Proficient in using logistics software and tracking systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, CRM platforms) is an advantage.
