Position Title: Travel and Holiday Consultant (2 Vacancies)Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.Job Description:-Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software -Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.-Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.-Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.
