Position Title: Travel and Visa Consultant (2 vacancies)Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5,500 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.Job Description: •Manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for travellers and verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities.•Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.•Liaise effectively with customers and government authorities, and external service providers; provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless visa experience for all stakeholders.•Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travellers.
