We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities-Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company targets.-Identify new market opportunities and potential clients across various sectors.-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.-Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and business pitches.-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive innovation.-Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve profitable growth.-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular performance reports.
Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).-Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales (UAE experience preferred).-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.-Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
