We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our client, a Facilities Management Service provider based in Dubai. This role will ensure all HR initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing a high-performing and compliant workforce across all client sites and corporate functions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that directly support the company's growth, efficiency, and client service delivery targets and in full compliance with all local and national labour laws and regulations- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process- Design, implement, and manage customized Training &Development programs- Oversee and mediate complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures fairly and consistently- Develop and champion initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention rates- Oversee the compensation and benefits structure and ensure accurate and timely processing of the payroll
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience within the Cleaning , Security or Facility Management sectors, managing large blue-collar and multi-cultural workforces- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and UAE labour law- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
