Our client, a private individual and entrepreneur based in Dubai Marina, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support across both personal and business activities. The role offers a mix of remote work and on-site presence at the residence, with occasional travel abroad.Key Responsibilities:- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.- Provide administrative support for the client’s art business, including acquisitions, sales, and coordination of day-to-day activities.- Assist with paying invoices and handling basic bookkeeping.- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and MS Office.- Provide flexible personal support, including errands and coordination.- Occasionally travel with the client (approx. twice a year to London/Hong Kong).
- Must hold own visa (e.g., husband’s visa).- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.- Must be comfortable working independently and remotely, with approx. 2 days a week on-site at the Marina residence.- Must have a valid UAE driving license and be able to drive.- Flexible and professional attitude with the ability to handle both personal and business-related tasks.
