We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Senior / Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of large-scale construction projects — from planning and design coordination to execution and delivery — ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities•Manage the full lifecycle of MEP works across multiple high-value projects.•Coordinate design reviews, technical submittals, and approvals with consultants and clients.•Oversee MEP contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and project timelines.•Monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare regular status and financial reports.•Lead coordination meetings between MEP, civil, architectural, and interior teams.•Ensure adherence to local regulations, international standards, and health & safety policies.•Support value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.•Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).•Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP project management within the UAE or GCC.•Proven experience in managing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.•In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and sustainable design practices.•Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).•PMP certification is a plus.Due to the volume of applications, only those shortlisted will be contacted.Redfish solutions promotes a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
