- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and leasing within the investment management or real estate sector.- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Fluency in English- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
