* Bachelor's in Data/Engineering/Computer Science (or similar). * 5-7 years hands-on analytics with industrial/domain-specific platforms. * Proven leadership of cross-functional data projects in complex environments. * Strong Python/R/SQL and experience with predictive analytics/ML ops in production. * Clear communicator who can translate technical detail into business impact. * Solid grasp of data governance, security, and relevant regulatory standards.
