Education & Professional QualificationsMandatory: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.Highly Preferred: Engineer accredited/registered with the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) (i.e., holds a valid SOE membership card).2. Professional ExperienceMandatory: Minimum 5-8 years of site construction management experience on large-scale building projects within the UAE (or other GCC countries).Core Requirement: Must have complete project experience on at least 1-2 super-tall building projects (typically 150m+) in Dubai/UAE, with familiarity of their unique construction processes and challenges.Areas of Experience: Substantial practical experience in high-rise building structures, reinforced concrete works, MEP coordination in super-tall buildings, and vertical transport logistics.3. Language ProficiencyFluent English is an absolute necessity for written communication, meetings, technical documentation, and collaboration with multi-national teams.Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage for facilitating communication with local authorities, subcontractors, and labor.4.
