Modern Etiquette Magazine is looking for a highly skilled and meticulous editorial designer for our inaugural issue, launching in January 2026. We need someone to transform 28,000 words and imagery into a polished, cohesive, and brand-consistent PDF/EPUB, optimized for on-screen reading.
Scope of work
- Design the full magazine in Adobe InDesign, including cover, logo, table of contents, feature spreads, and department pages.
- Maintain branding consistency using established guidelines for color palettes, typography, and visual tone.
- Source, size, crop, and optimize provided imagery, ensuring correct placement within the text flow.
- Implement feedback from the copy editor and publisher, including minor text/spacing adjustments.
- Export final, high-quality, optimized PDF files for subscriber delivery.
