Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Customer Service Executive to be based in Dubai . Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals with Family Book can be considered for this role. The main responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Ensure an efficient service to customers by responding promptly and effectively to all customer queries. - Efficient handling of inquiries by telephone, mail, fax, and e-mail. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies. - Prepare reports as needed for management.
