Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
