About the Role
NeoPod Systems™ is transforming construction through advanced prefabrication and digital manufacturing. We’re seeking a Revit & Digital Fabrication Designer who bridges BIM modeling and CNC programming — converting detailed Revit models into machine-ready data using AGACAD, Arkance, and AlphaCAM.

What You’ll Do
- Produce BIM-based shop and CNC drawings for modular frames, walls, and assemblies.
- Use Revit, AGACAD, Arkance, and AlphaCAM to generate CNC toolpaths, cut lists, and nesting layouts.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and production teams to ensure precision and manufacturability.
- Standardize fabrication templates and optimize digital workflows from design to machine.
- Support process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and quality in modular fabrication.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience using Revit to produce shop or architectural drawings.
- Proven ability to work with CNC software such as AGACAD, Arkance, or AlphaCAM.
- Background in architecture, industrial design, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of BIM-to-fabrication workflows and parametric modeling.
- Attention to detail, collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation in construction technology.
